Patrick is one of the most unique and explosive players I have had the privilege to coach. He possesses a natural instinct for making impactful plays on the football field. His ability to threaten defenses vertically, while also excelling in underneath routes and creating explosive gains after the catch, was unmatched at our level. Additionally, Patrick was a major asset on special teams, accumulating over 1,000 return yards. We aligned him in multiple positions across the field to exploit defensive matchups, a testament to his versatility and high football IQ. Patrick was a respected leader within our program both on and off the field, earning the role of team captain through the trust of his teammates. He demonstrated an exceptional work ethic, leading offseason workouts and encouraging teammates to remain engaged throughout the summer for 7-on-7 competition. Patrick is the ultimate team-first player, consistently prioritizing the success of his teammates and the program over individual recognition. His leadership, character, and commitment made him one of my favorite players to coach.
