Hidden Gemz Sports Scouting is a one stop shop sports scouting service which is built to serve as an alternative to a sports agent.  No one at HGSS, including our Owner/Founder is a certified sports agent.  

With that being said, our process for athletes to become a client is different.  We don’t do contracts or percentages.  If we get you a contract or an endorsement or sponsorship, we don’t come asking for a percentage.  

We work off of the same concept as an attorney.  We work off the Retainer Fee concept.  When you hire an attorney, you pay what is called a Retainer Fee and that fee usually ranges anywhere from $1,000 to $2,500 dollars and buys you 10 hours of work.  Every phone call and email is tyically a $30 dollar charge that gets subtracted from your Retainer Fee balance.  Once that balances reaches zero, regardless of where your situation is, you must pay another Retainer Fee to keep that attorney in your corner working for you.  

We work off of the Retainer Fee concet, except our fee retains our services for months, not hours.  Phone calls and emails are unlimited and NO CHARGE!  So…you’re asking , “well, what is the process then?”

Here is our process:

1. Purchase a service package shown below.
2. We send you 2 Welcome Aboard Emails with 2 documents to fill out.  
3. You fill out the Player Questionnaire and the Player-Scouting  Agreement and return them to us.  The forms are fillable,          meaning you can type on them, save them and send them back.
4. Send us the pictures and film links asked for.  
5. We build your Electronic Scouting Profile
6. We schedule your Live Stream Interview within the first 7 – 10 days of being a client.  
7. We start marketing and promoting right away!
